Call for UW Student Posters
Calling UW students studying fields related to Nature and Health—share your work at the Northwest Nature and Health Symposium on May 1!
Nature and Health illuminates the connections between nature and human health and well-being. We work with the community and decision makers to translate our findings into programs and policies that promote equitable engagement with nature.
Each year, we host a symposium to bring together researchers, community members, and decision makers to learn about new discoveries, discuss new policies and programs, and advance partnerships. This year, we are hosting eight talks, one moderated panel, and a student poster session on Wednesday, May 1 at the Northwest Nature and Health Symposium.
The UW student poster session will be limited to 10 posters. Posters will be on display during the entire symposium, and there will be a dedicated poster session from 4-4:30 PM. If you are interested in sharing your work during the symposium, please submit your application by March 31. We will announce accepted posters by April 19. For questions, please reach out to natureandhealth@uw.edu. For guidance on designing a poster see UW’s brand guidelines and presenter resources.
